Maybe check this. Maybe you running 2 server port 27015 or not find .so file. 64 or 32 Bit OS? This problema have 64 Bit or re install OS or Server.

you don´t have to use hlds_linux in your start line just use this:

./hlds_run -binary ./hlds_i686 -game cstrike +map de_dust2 +maxplayers 32 +port 27015
